Perceptible Software

Welcome to Perceptible Software.

The first question on your mind is probably, "What is Perceptible Software? Is this yet another methodology? Some new open-source organization? The next Web 2.0 phenomenon?" Not quite, no, and definitely not.  This site is created and maintained by an individual (that's me), and it's where I'll be writing about the fundamental challenges of software development.  Specifically, I'm going to be exploring new approaches for tackling what I feel is the toughest, and most overlooked problem in software development—put simply, the problem of building the right product.

Now you're probably thinking, "That sounds nifty.  Who are you again?".  That is a tough question to answer, but I'll try.

With that out of the way, let me tell you about Perceptible Software.  And as is so often the case, the most important first step is describing the problem.
